More Than Just a Course: Finding Your "Digital Home" as a New Muslim

You’ve said your Shahada. You’ve felt that rush of peace and clarity. You’ve taken the first step on the most important journey of your life.

But then, the next morning comes.

And suddenly, you have a million questions. “How exactly do I wash for prayer?” “Is it okay if I don’t know Arabic yet?” “How do I tell my mom I’m fasting?” “Where do I fit in?”

For many reverts, the period after converting can feel incredibly lonely. You spend hours on Google, getting conflicting answers from random websites. You watch YouTube videos that use complex terminology you don’t understand. You feel like you’re on the outside looking in.

I know this feeling because I have been there. I remember the endless research. I remember the overwhelming desire to just have one place where I could find the answers I needed without feeling judged.

That is why I created The Noor Project on Skool.

Why This is Different

Most online courses are just a series of videos you watch alone in your room.

I didn’t want that for you. Islam is a religion of community (Ummah). We stand together in prayer; we break our fasts together; we support one another.

So, I chose to host this course on Skool because it puts community first. Yes, there are lessons and modules, but the heartbeat of this course is the conversation. It is a safe, private space where you can ask the "awkward" questions, share your wins, and vent about your struggles with people who get it.

What We Will Explore Together

This isn't a theology degree. It’s a survival guide for your spirit. Here is a peek at what’s waiting for you inside:

  • The Foundations: A clear, humanized breakdown of the 5 Pillars and 6 Articles of Faith. No confusing jargon—just the beautiful basics.

  • The Practical Stuff: Step-by-step guides on Wudu and Salah. We have checklists and videos to help you learn at your own pace.

  • Life as a Revert: Real talk about navigating relationships with non-Muslim family and friends. We discuss how to set boundaries with love and patience.

  • The "No Burnout" Zone: We focus heavily on gradualism. We will teach you how to build a sustainable practice so you don’t burn out in the first month.

From My Heart to Yours

When I was learning, I did the research—and truthfully, I am still researching and learning every single day. I wanted to build the resource I wish I had back then.

Think of this community as a library, a living room, and a classroom all rolled into one. It is a place to find everything you need in one spot, so you can stop scrolling and start connecting.

You Don’t Have to Walk Alone

If you are tired of Googling your way through your faith, come join us. Whether you reverted ten years ago or ten minutes ago, there is a seat open for you here.

Let’s build your foundation, together.
